John Burroughs

How many times do we sabotage ourselves with “I would like to, but I can’t!”.

How often do we say, “I don’t want to, but I have to”.

How many times do we say “yes” while everything inside screams “no”.

How many times do we wish to escape from what we are experiencing?

How often do we feel there is something to change but we don’t know what or how.

How often do we know what we would like to do, but fail to do it.

How often do we set ourselves aside along with what is important to us, making room for others, urgencies, or conditioning?

How often do we feel pulled in different directions by our thoughts, as if we couldn’t stop them, in perpetual conflict or blockage?

How often our plans are suddenly overtaken by the unexpected, be it our own illness or a need to take care of others, or an external event that shakes us up.

All these times, we need to free our energy and strengthen our trust in ourselves... at any age: it's never too early, it's never too late.

GUIDING ORGANIZATIONS AND COMMUNITIES IN DEVELOPING THE CAPACITY TO LIVE, TO TAKE ACTION

Coaching can help here, and quite a lot!

When we succeed, whether it’s pursuing a new career, preparing for a marathon, losing weight, or rebuilding during or after a crisis, illness, or loss, our entire life changes, and new situations, support, and confirmations arise.

We act with intention, and action opens up new perspectives.
Instead of enduring change, we become protagonists of it. Each of us has experienced this at least once.

As a coach, I accompany you on this journey with great respect and care.
